Team Composition & Eligibility
Eligibility: Students enrolled in Bachelor or Master law programs.
Team Size: Minimum 2 members (2 speakers) or maximum 3 members (2 speakers and 1 researcher).
Limit: Only one team per recognized institution.
Registration Fees
Stage I (Memorial Round): Rs. 4,000.
Stage II (Oral Rounds): An additional Rs. 5,000 for qualifying teams (includes conference fees).
Payment: Online via The Kalupur Commercial Cooperative Bank Ltd.
Competition Structure
Stage I: Memorial Qualification: Open to all registered teams. The top 28 teams advance based on memorial scores.
Stage II: Oral Rounds: Includes two Preliminary rounds, Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, and the Final round.
Researchers' Test: Conducted on February 27, 2026, for eligible researchers.
Awards
Winners: INR 50,000, one-month internship at AZB & Partners, and one-year SCC Online subscription.
Runners-Up: INR 30,000.
Best Speaker & Best Researcher: INR 10,000 each and a Research Fellowship at GW CIL, Washington D.C..
Best Memorials (Appellant/Respondent): INR 10,000 each.
Logistics
Accommodation: Provided from February 27th to March 1st (2 nights, 3 days).
Food: Included for all participating teams during the same period.
