Total Vacancies: Approximately 90 candidates.
Remuneration: Consolidated pay of ₹1,00,000/- per month.
Nature of Work: Full-time, purely contractual assignment.
Assignment Term: 2026-2027.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: * Candidates must be Law Graduates from a BCI-recognized institution.
Students in their final year (5th year of a 5-year course or 3rd year of a 3-year course) are eligible to apply, provided they furnish proof of graduation before starting the assignment.
Age Limit: Between 20 and 32 years as of February 7, 2026.
Skills: Proficiency in computer use and legal research engines (e.g., SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw) is essential.

Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in three phases:
Part I: Multiple Choice Based Questions (Online mode).
Part II: Subjective Written Test (Pen-and-paper mode, visible on screen).
Part III: Interview.
There is a negative marking of 0.25 for every incorrect answer in Part I.

General Guidelines
Candidates must not practice as an Advocate or accept any other assignment during the clerkship.
Law Clerks may be required to work odd hours or on holidays depending on the exigency of work.
PwD candidates requiring a scribe must submit the appropriate Annexure (I or IA) as per the guidelines.
