Submission Scope
The Editorial Board seeks original, well-researched, and analytical content on various contemporary issues in business and commercial law, including but not limited to:
Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Insolvency.
Competition Law, Banking & Insurance, and Capital Markets.
Intellectual Property, Technology, Media & Telecommunication.
Taxation, Labour & Employment, and White-Collar Crimes.
Dispute Resolution, ADR, and International Trade.

Content Guidelines
Format: Submissions can be articles, opinions, case comments, short notes, or critiques of existing academic research.
Word Limit: Manuscripts must be between 1300 and 1600 words (excluding endnotes). Longer pieces may be split into parts if each part is self-contained.
Authorship: A maximum of two authors is permitted.
Originality: High AI similarity or any form of plagiarism will result in summary rejection. Submissions must be unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.

Formatting & Citations
Text Style: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment.
References: Authors should use hyperlinks within the body text. Endnotes (OSCOLA 4th ed. style) should only be used if a hyperlink is unavailable or behind a paywall.
Anonymity: The author’s name or institution must not appear in the manuscript body. Use third-person phrasing and refer to parties by name rather than legal status (e.g., "Petitioner").

Procedure & Deadlines
Deadline: Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
Submission Method: Manuscripts must be submitted via the official Google Form along with a signed Certificate of Originality and Copyright.
Review Timeline: Decisions are typically communicated within 14 days. Expedited reviews may be requested for time-sensitive topic.
