The Moot Proposition: Republic of Samrajya
The 2026 moot problem centers on contemporary issues of digital trade identities and administrative law. The laws of Samrajya are pari materia to the laws of India.

Case Background:
Aarav Malhotra founded "EduReform Private Limited" in 2020, operating through the domain www.edureform.sam. By 2024, the platform had 2.1 million learners. However, malicious entities launched confusingly similar domains, such as www.edureformonline.sam, to defraud students.
When Aarav sought help from the regulator (SAMNIC), the authority issued an interim order freezing Aarav’s legitimate domain alongside the fraudulent ones without a prior hearing. This 52-day "blackout" led to the collapse of his business and the loss of 15 crore rupees in funding. After the High Court dismissed his petition, Aarav has now approached the Supreme Court under Article 32.

Key Issues for Adjudication:
 * Maintainability of the Article 32 petition despite alternative remedies.
 * Whether digital trade identities constitute "property" or "occupation" under Articles 19(1)(g) and 300A.
 * Whether SAMNIC's order constitutes "manifest arbitrariness" and violates natural justice.
 * The proportionality of freezing a legitimate platform versus less restrictive measures.
