This flagship event, organized by the Moot Court Society of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) New Law College, Pune, honors the legacy of the former Chief Justice of India.
Competition Overview
Established in 2011, this competition serves as a global platform for law students to engage with complex issues in International Human Rights Law. The event aims to hone advocacy skills, legal drafting, and analytical reasoning through challenging moot propositions based on real-life problems.

January 31: Last date for registration.
February 12: Allotment of team codes.
February 15: Deadline for seeking clarifications.
February 20: Release of clarifications.
March 5: Deadline for soft copy memorial submissions.
March 26–28: Inauguration, oral rounds, and valedictory ceremony.

Institution: Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune, established in 1978 and approved by the Bar Council of India.

Moot Court Society (MCS): A student-run, faculty-coordinated body comprising 20 members dedicated to "Refining Mooters Redefining Mooting".
