2nd TNNLU National Insolvency Moot Court Competition, 2026

Moot Court Committee, Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU)

Competition Dates:
🗓 13–14 February 2026 (Online Rounds)
🗓 7 March 2026 (Offline Semi-Finals & Finals)


Eligibility

  • Students enrolled in:

    • 3-year LL.B. or

    • 5-year integrated LL.B.

  • Maximum 2 teams per institution

  • Not eligible:

    • LL.M. students

    • Diploma students

    • Advocates enrolled with any Bar Council


Team Composition

Each team must have 2 or 3 members:

  • 2 Speakers, or

  • 2 Speakers + 1 Researcher

A speaker may act as a researcher if no separate researcher is included.


Language

All memorials and oral rounds shall be conducted only in English.


Registration Details

Provisional Registration

  • Deadline: 2 January 2026 (11:59 PM IST)

  • Mode: Google Form

  • Maximum 36 teams (First-come-first-served)

  • Teams beyond 36 go to a waitlist

Final Registration

  • Deadline: 15 January 2026 (11:59 PM IST)

  • Registration Fee: ₹6,000 per team
    (includes accommodation)

  • Fee is non-refundable
