The 1st International Moot Court Competition is organized by the Presidency School of Law (PSOL) Moot Court Society at Presidency University, Bengaluru.
Dates and Location
* Competition Dates: February 20th - 22nd, 2026.
* Location: Presidency University, Bangalore, Karnataka.
Important Dates
* Registration Start Date: October 12th, 2025.
* Registration End Date: December 19th, 2025.
* Date of Communication of Acceptance of Registration: December 25th, 2025.
* Memorial Submission Deadline: January 31st, 2026.
* Inaugural Ceremony: February 20th, 2026.
* Researcher's Test: February 20th, 2026.
* Preliminary/Octa/Quarter Rounds: February 21st, 2026.
* Semi Final/Final Rounds: February 22nd, 2026.
* Valedictory Ceremony: February 22nd, 2026.
Registration Fee (Per Team)
* Indian Participants - Without Accommodation/Food: Rs 4500 + 18% GST (Rs 5310).
* Indian Participants - With Accommodation/Food: Rs 9000 + 18% GST (Rs 10,620).
* International Participants - With Accommodation/Food: 125 USD + 18% GST (estimated - Rs 12,685).
* Note: There will be no refund of registration fees.
Team Composition and Rules
* Each team shall consist of a minimum of Three Members.
* The team must include Two Speakers and One Researcher.
* Members of each team must be students from the same law school.
* The competition is an International Law problem.
* The language of the Competition is English.
* Teams are highly encouraged to limit the number of teams to one (1) per university, college, school, or institution.

Awards and Prizes
The total prizepool is ₹2,55,000.
* Winners: ₹75,000.
* 1st Runners Up: ₹60,000.
* 2nd Runners Up: ₹50,000.
* BEST Speaker (Male): ₹10,000.
* Best Speaker (Female): ₹10,000.
* Best Memorial: ₹15,000.
* Best Memorial Runners Up: ₹10,000.
* Best Researcher: ₹15,000.
* Best Researcher Runners Up: ₹10,000.
Mentorship and Batches Discount:
* Law Firm Ready Mentorship and Aspire Batches offer a 10% discount for all participants.
* All rank holders receive a 25% discount.
* The winning team members receive a 40% discount.
* Note: Prize money will be awarded in the official currency of the winning team's country.
